Effective 2025, these Terms of Service govern your use of ClimaNeur products and services on climaneur.top. Please read them carefully before engaging with any offering.
1. Scope
These terms apply to three categories of offerings by ClimaNeur: AI-powered climate control services, digital information products, and physical goods. By accessing or purchasing, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Services
Our smart climate AI consultation and installation services are tailored to optimize indoor comfort and efficiency. Upon booking, you may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled start without charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable due to resource allocation.
Rescheduling is permitted once per booking at no extra charge if requested more than 24 hours prior to service commencement. To modify a booking, please use our contact form.
3. Digital Information Products
ClimaNeur offers e-guides, software modules, and training materials available for immediate download after purchase. All digital products are final sale. Because access is granted instantly, we cannot offer refunds once download begins. If you encounter defective files, contact our support team via contact form and we will provide a replacement copy.
4. Physical Goods
Our AI-enabled climate devices are shipped from Rämistrasse 101, 8092 Zurich, Switzerland. If a device arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 30 days of delivery via our contact form. You may ship the item back and, upon receipt and inspection, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. ClimaNeur covers inbound shipping costs for confirmed defects. For non-defective s, customers may request an within 14 days; outbound shipping charges apply.
5. Refund Policy
ClimaNeur provides refunds according to the category of the offering:
- Services: Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before start. No refund thereafter except in cases of force majeure, where a credit may be issued toward future services.
- Digital Products: No refunds after download begins due to the nature of instant access. Defective content will be replaced at no cost.
- Physical Goods: Full refund for defective items returned within 30 days. s available within 14 days for non-defective items.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. If you prefer credit for future ClimaNeur offerings (services or goods), please indicate this in your refund request via our contact form.
6. No-Refund Justification for Digital Products
Digital information products are delivered instantly and can be duplicated. To maintain content integrity and fairness to all customers, we cannot withdraw access once delivery has occurred. Defect remediation is provided via replacement files only.
